Missing Children

Families who have experienced abduction know how traumatic it might have been for both children and the left-behind parents. In cases where force is used for abduction, or the child is held for long period of time the damage is irreversible.

As per CNN, the most recent study published by Department of Justice, from 2002, reported that of the 797,500 children reported missing in a one-year period, 203,900 were abducted by family members and 58,200 were abducted by non-relatives. 115 were classified as being taken by a stranger.

The child ID kit available on missingkids.com improves the odds that your child can be found quickly. It is very important that you update the kit with latest information especially the pictures and should be placed where you can easily get access to it.

Displaying the Missing Children Banner on my website is a small step towards helping recover these children and uniting them with their families.
